Funky Buddha Retreats

How would you like to be whisked away for the day on an escapade of fun, fitness and well-being, set to wonderful music in beautiful surroundings? Our signature Bliss Retreat at Cowdray Hall Midhurst allows you to do just this, mixing Mind and Body with Melody and Beat! You will feel truly blissed out after your day with us! The day includes four sessions: Pilates Flow, Zumba Fun, Pilates Release, and Meditation. A gorgeous 2 course lunch and refreshments are included in the day.

Rebel Woman Retreats

Myofascia Release & Core Pilates Workshops

A half day workshop where I show you how to use balls and rollers so that you can relax muscles, correct imbalances, improve joint range of movement and recover from muscle soreness after exercise.

Our next workshop is on Saturday 17th June 2017 at Rogate Village Hall, 10am to 1pm. For just £47 you get 3 sessions –

  • Self myofascia release for the upper body;
  • Pilates core conditioning workout;
  • Self myofascia release for lower body.

Myofascia Release Workshop

Julia taught us methods of releasing tight muscles which made a noticeable difference even after a single sessionhave helped me recover better from training sessions. I am a qualified Exercise Physiologist and I found Julia's knowledge to be excellent. I highly recommend Julia's workshop to anyone.

Bliss Retreat
